Community Health Inclusion Dashboard

The Dashboard assists communities in creating strategic solutions to be more inclusive of people with disabilities. Communities can create a hub and gather and upload targeted data to ultimately generate a community health inclusion profile from which they can identify and strategize around areas for improvement and highest impact.
